The six phases of our OEM service process
1. Clarify requirements & set up the concept
Align technical, logistical and commercial objectives; check feasibility and suitability for series production early on.
2. Global product selection
Identify suitable components in the partner network and define them with a view to suitability, deliverability, value for money, and standards/approvals.
3. Prototypes & pilot series (via our engineering partners)
Produce functional prototypes, define tests and requirements, create documentation
and prepare the pilot series. Implementation is carried out with [CF] SYSTEMS and/or Thermody-
namX – details on our partner page.
4. Framework, warehousing & buffers
Agree framework/call-off contracts, set up demand-oriented warehousing, define inventory
buffers and reusable load carriers; store assemblies on request.
5. Deliver just-in-time/Kanban
Delivery as planned. To the warehouse, to the line or on call-off. Our own delivery logistics and coordinated delivery models minimize your effort.
6. Technical support & aftersales
Spare parts, documentation and change management, quickly available and clearly
traceable.
